[Energy Taiwan] RWE New Product Launch

Looking back on over 120 years history of electricity generation, RWE is today one of the world’s leading companies for renewable energies and is globally number 2 in offshore wind power. We have onshore and offshore wind farms, photovoltaic, plants and battery storage facilities with a combined capacity of approximately 9 GW. By 2022, we want to invest a net 5 billion euros in renewable energy to grow our renewables portfolio to 13 GW of net capacity. Through doing so, we will provide innovative technology solutions worldwide based on our long-term expertise in the development, construction and operation of renewable assets. In Taiwan, where we aim to drive the growth of renewables, we opened our office in 2018. We have entered into a partnership with Asia Cement Corporation to develop the Chu Feng offshore wind farm off the coast of HsinChu City.

MOBILETRON has been devoting to automotive industry around 40 years. We are one of the leading manufacturers specialized in the automotive electronics parts from Taiwan. In recent decade, we began to develop the electronic bus and become as the leading E-bus manufacturers in Taiwan. With the development of electric vehicles, we started the development of energy storage system (ESS) products. We provide the high quality ESS container and cabinet which are built-in the premium AESC battery modules and active battery balancing management system. Due to the high energy density of AESC battery modules, we provide the smallest, lightest and safest ESS system when compared with the other. With the Internet of Things technology, we can also clearly monitor and access all the information of the ESS. Ysolar Co., Ltd was established in 2016, devoted to Ground–Mounted Solar Photovoltaic Systems, main service items include acquiring land development and building a solar farm, to inspection and maintenance in operation stage. Solar systems are designed to produce energy for 25+ years, but there has been a trend in reducing installation costs through cheaper solar modules, inverters and balance of systems. [Energy Taiwan] Motech New Product Launch

Motech is rising. Motech, we have gold in mind to lead the industry and the one goal to lead the industry that requires we think very differently. By the time Motech’s module output is least 10 Wp higher than others; we have been doing over last 2 years on new generation of TOPCon module. Motech has unveiled the first MoPower-360 PV modules made of 60 bifacial N-type TOPCon solar cells, which is required VPC certification. Motech N-TOPCon module is operating efficiency up to 21% comparing with normal one is at ~19.8%. Thanks to physical properties of N-type TOPCon solar cells, MoPower-360 has better power generation under weak sunlight and at least 3% less degradation induced by high temperature. So this product will reduce the cost of power station construction by 6% to 8%, or increase the power generation revenue by at least 10%. Over the years, Motech’s strategy has been a committing product liability driven by the innovation connects with consumers through strong storytelling. Our position on the solar war is eager to engage competitive peers who have ambition on make for a more viable industry, not just solar, inverter, storage, even cooperating with construction and investment which together to make a real green energy for our next generation.
